Cyprus and Matthew's hut

This the hut in my lounge that Matthew and Cyprus made. I picked Cyprus up in Dargaville when Ray came up to go fishing at Pouto and both boys stayed the night, sleeping on mattresses in my bedroom. Early the next morning we all put our gumboots on and firstly went to the shed to feed calves, feed the chooks and ducks and collect the eggs. We then went and got a newly calved cow and took her and her calf down to the yards, while Uncle Don was feeding the other calves. Poppa then arrived in the truck and we went to Barfootes to pick up two new calves which we then put onto the cow we'd brought to the yards. Both boys worked very hard and did a good job.
